About the Role
We're looking for a agile B2B Senior Manager (Sales) – Wealth Management, specializing in Partner and Business Acquisition. The ideal candidate brings a strong B2B sales and business development background with a proven track record of building relationships with professionals and businesses — plus an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to forging B2B partnerships and generating qualified business opportunities for Guardian.

What You'll Do
- Partner Acquisition & Referrals
- Proactively identify and approach potential B2B partners through daily outreach (calls, emails) and in-person meetings




- Build relationships with CAs, doctors, hospitals, business owners, and other professionals
- Maintain 10+ active professional relationships and generate qualified referrals through regular engagement

2.Lead Generation
- Meet prospective clients through varied sourcing channels
- Design and execute BD strategies — industry events, outreach stalls, professional seminars, CEO lunches, and targeted marketing initiatives

3.Business Development Strategy
- Operate against daily, monthly, and annual targets across calls, meetings, relationship development, and partnership conversions — plus AUM, revenue, and client outcomes
- Independently build and manage a pipeline of new B2B relationships and opportunities
