Role Objective
We are seeking a hands-on B2B Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute the digital demand-generation engine for a US-based business. This is an execution-first role centered on email marketing, SEO, and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Email campaigns: Plan, build, and execute end-to-end email campaigns (Zoho Campaigns,Brevo, or Mailchimp) against CRM-supplied contact lists, with proper segmentation and compliance.

• Performance optimization: Analyse results and run a continuous testing cycle to improve open rates, click-through rates, and deliverability.

• SEO & analytics: Execute on-page and off-page SEO and configure/report from Google Analytics (GA4) and Bing/Microsoft tools to grow organic traffic and rankings.

• Content: Write clear, conversion-oriented blog and email content in US business English,using generative AI tools to work faster where appropriate.





• Sales alignment: Route organic leads to the sales team and meet periodically to review and improve lead quality.

Core Skills & Expertise (Must have)

• Email marketing & campaign optimization — Hands-on proficiency with at least one major ESP (Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, or Mailchimp), including list segmentation, A/B testing,
deliverability management, and a demonstrated track record of improving open and click-through rates.
• SEO execution + web analytics — Practical command of both on-page and off-page SEO, plus the ability to independently configure and interpret Google Analytics (GA4) andBing/Microsoft Webmaster & analytics tools to measure and report on performance.

• Content writing in US business English — Robust, error-free written English with the ability to produce blog and email copy in a US business register that reads naturally to a US audience.
