As an Infrastructure Manager within Civica's Infrastructure Services team, you will lead a geographically distributed team across the UK and India, responsible for delivering secure, resilient, scalable and cost-effective infrastructure services that underpin Civica's global operations. This is a critical leadership role for an experienced infrastructure skilled who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional people management and delivery capabilities.
You will lead a team of Infrastructure Engineers and Senior Infrastructure Engineers, managing operational excellence, service reliability, infrastructure projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex hybrid technology environment. Balancing strategic transformation programmes with day-to-day operational demands, you will ensure the business has the robust infrastructure foundation it needs to operate effectively every day.
