Objectives of this role:




- Ensure efficient end-to-end PTL operations, achieving optimal load planning, route optimization, and on-time deliveries.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, quick issue resolution, and consistent service performance.
- Oversee accurate and timely MIS reporting to support data-driven operational and strategic decisions.
- Drive cost efficiency and continuous process improvement across PTL operations to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, fostering a secure and efficient operational environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end PTL operations, ensuring effective load planning, vehicle utilization, and route optimization to achieve timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with transporters and clients to manage dispatch schedules, vehicle placement, and cargo tracking for smooth shipment flow.
