Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Banquet Sales Manager to drive banquet and outdoor catering sales, generate new business opportunities, and maximize venue revenue.





The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, banquet sales, event management, or wedding sales, with proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Drive banquet hall and outdoor catering sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and event partnerships.
- Identify and convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales presentations and negotiations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize banquet occupancy and event revenue.

Client Relationship Management
