Ensure adherence to R&M; processes and performance metrics for efficient operations

Ticket Resolution (TAT)

Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests within SLA

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

Maintain CSAT ≥ 4 through prompt and effective service

Inventory Management

Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage and downtime

Cost Control

Optimize maintenance costs within budget (if applicable)

Eligibility & Skills

Bachelor’s in Engineering / Facilities Management or related field

Experience in MEP/facilities operations preferred

Strong knowledge of MEP systems & maintenance processes

Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Problem-solving and detail-oriented approach
