India:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Non-qualified : 6+ years of relevant experience
- CA qualified + 4 years relevant experience, ACCA/CPA qualified + 5 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Audit software tools.




- Robust working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS or other relevant regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply relevant accounting and auditing standards.
- Experience leading portions of audit engagements from planning through completion, including reviewing workpapers, and managing workflow across multiple engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff, including coaching and providing performance feedback.
- Proven ability to manage client communication and expectations, including escalating issues and supporting resolution throughout the engagement cycle.
- Experience overseeing substantive testing, analytical procedures, and control testing, including documentation and evaluation of results.
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively in English with firm personnel and clients in person, by telephone, and through electronic or written means.
