What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a hands-on, self-driven HR skilled with strong HR operations experience who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership. The ideal candidate will help build and improve HR Shared Services processes, drive standardization and efficiency, and partner with HR teams across multiple countries to deliver accurate, compliant, and high-quality support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Principal Responsibilities

Shared Services Setup & Ownership




· Play a key role in designing and establishing the HR Shared Services operating model from scratch, including scope definition, service catalog, SLAs, and governance.
· Independently manage end-to-end HR operations with minimal supervision while aligning with global HR process
· Define, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) across regions.
· Support transition of HR activities from regional teams into Shared Services in a structured and controlled manner.
· Act as a subject matter expert for HR operational processes and shared services best practices.

Employee Lifecycle Management
· Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across assigned regions.
· Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in line with local labor laws.
