Is responsible for the following functions:
- Meal preparation, dietary balance, product specification, freshness, taste, presentation and production time schedule of IPD / Café meals respecting all guidelines in serving temperature, sanitation and delivery standards. In a culinary workplace respecting the highest hygiene standards and procedures.
- To coordinate and create with Dietician and Food & Beverage- Head monthly rotation menus for inpatients according to dietary balance and product restriction table.
- To coordinate and ensure service delivery desk and team is trained and understand required control systems to ensure accurate in room meal procedures are practiced daily for all serving periods, this will include meetings and reports with Dietician and Food & Beverage- Head.

Main Job Tasks:
PROCESS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently take charge of the assigned IPD/Café Kitchen operations.
- Prepare Produce and Present IPD/Café food to agreed standard and quality with proper presentation. Ensuring the quality,



freshness and presentation of the food prepared in the kitchen for IPD/Café.
- Organize all resources within the IPD/Café Kitchen for optimum productivity.
- Responsible for maintaining/auditing and practicing the strictest standards of hygiene at all times, especially when cooking and dispensing patient meals.
- Maintaining sufficient quantities of mis-en-place in their section to ensure a smooth service of IPD/Café food production.
- Responsible for kitchen up-keeping and set up implementing company procedures and policies for Food Services.
- To report and take action in relation to any accident, incident fire, loss or damage situation.
- Cooking and dispensing meals for patients according to the strict dietary specification. Dispensing sufficient amount of meals according to the dietary requirement.
- Preparation of RT feeds and liquid feeds in time for service according to the schedule strictly following the recipes prescribed by the Dietician.
