Job Description

This role supports the Corporate Communications function at Lennox, contributing to both internal and external communication initiatives. The Post Graduate Trainee will assist in executing communication strategies through content creation, social media support, and intranet management, while partnering with HR, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
The role emphasizes strong writing, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business and HR messaging into explicit, engaging content,



aligned with Lennox’s brand voice. While execution-focused, the trainee is encouraged to bring fresh ideas, creativity, and learning agility to enhance communication impact.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Support creation and distribution of internal communication materials (newsletters, announcements, leadership messages)
- Partner with HR and business teams to communicate initiatives, programs, and updates effectively
- Ensure alignment with brand voice, tone, and communication standards across channels
- Assist in planning and executing employee communication campaigns

External Communications & Social Media
- Draft engaging content for corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support social media calendar planning and execution
- Translate campaign themes and company initiatives into platform-relevant content
- Monitor basic performance metrics and recommend impro
