We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with premium architects and designers. This role is a hands-on position, focused on individual sales contributions rather than team management. You will be responsible for driving sales and market share by getting our exclusive range of high-end tiles specified in prestigious commercial and residential projects. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical product knowledge, and a deep understanding of the architectural and design process.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Architect & Designer Engagement
- Regularly meet with architects and interior designers to present and get product approvals.
- Build strong, lasting relationships to position the brand as a preferred choice in their projects.
- Identify and target current architects and designers to expand brand visibility.
- Product Presentation & Approvals
- Conduct impactful product presentations tailored to architects, interior designers, and project influencers.
- Manage approval pipelines and follow-ups effectively to ensure timely decision-making.
- Channel Partner Development
- Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners/Dealers.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and motivation to Dealers Sales teams to drive sales through them.
- B2A Sales (Business-to-Architect)
- Leverage industry knowledge and contacts to ensure consistent approvals from architects and consultants.
- Drive specification-based sales by aligning with project requirements and timelines.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Utilize CRM tools (Zoho or equivalent) to manage customer data, allocation, etc.
- Ensure proper panel management and allocation of leads/dealers to sales reps.
