About this Role

We are seeking an individual to enable end-to-end contract management and commercial governance within Supply Chain Management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring supplier contracts, statements of work, and commercial agreements are executed accurately, compliantly, and on time. Working closely with business stakeholders, legal, finance, and vendors, the role supports seamless procurement execution while managing contractual risk, compliance obligations, and operational continuity.

What you will do

Manage contracts end-to-end, including current agreements, extensions, amendments, addendums, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and SOWs.Determine appropriate contract structures in line with scope and legal guidance.Coordinate multi‑functional reviews and approvals across legal, privacy, information security, finance, tax, HSW, and BCM.Ensure contractual accuracy relating to duration, commercials, legal entities
