JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with Chefs to set up menus
and event.
- Be able to manage Lounges
operations.
- A strong team leader a team
builder.
- Sensitive to F&B;
market needs and changes.
- Direct all aspects of operations
of the F&B; department and control its quality in
accordance with company and ISO standard.
- Maximize sales and profitability
in line with the company's policy and budget.
- Identify the problems encountered
in operations, analyze the problems, provide
recommendation to management to enhance the overall efficiency
and effectiveness.
- Recruit and maintain a team of
highly motivated staff so as to facilitate the
achievement of business goals and objectives.
- Take up special F&B; projects
as assigned by the management.

Requirements
- Proven experience of 8+ years in
handling Operations in Hospitality/FMCG/F&B; or any




other relevant/related industry in the same role.
- Graduation/Post-graduation/Diploma in
F&B; management or any other similar role from any recognized
Institute/University.
- Adequate knowledge of business
and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning,
resource allocation and human resources).
- Interface with other departments
(teamwork), Self-motivation, Multifunctionality, Eye for
detail, Going beyond the call of duty to satisfy guest
needs.
- Preference-Hotel/Hospitality/FMCG
Industry or any other related/relevant Industry.
- Going beyond the call of duty to
satisfy guest needs.
