We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee Sales within our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, optimizing operational efficiency,
and ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining strong client relationships & sales in Tamil Nadu.
The ASM will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, enhancing market penetration and fostering long-term partnerships, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify recent business opportunities and develop a strong customer base for PEB Structures.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Promote and sell hot rolled steel products to Dealers, fabricators, and end-users.
- Ensure proper negotiation of prices and payment terms while maintaining profitability.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
