Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
As a Sales Officer,
you will be responsible for driving Nestlé’s business outcomes in your
assigned territory by efficiently managing distribution, sales processes, and trade
relationships. Your key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring product availability across all relevant channels.
• Planning and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, including setting
targets for each distributor.
• Monitoring distributor overhead expenses and profitability (ROI).
• Managing distribution setup and leading secondary sales force deployment.
• Implementing trade and consumer activations, merchandising and visibility
programs.
• Ensuring distributor compliance with company-defined roles, processes and
responsibilities.
• Ensuring accurate execution of sales, discount and trading terms.
• Training and developing the secondary sales force.
• Conducting performance evaluations of secondary sales personnel.
