We are looking for a techno-functional HR lead and Team Manager who thrives in complex global environments, has hands-on experience with enterprise Talent Acquisition and Onboarding platforms and can help cross functional drive initiatives within our digital transformation group in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), IT, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage digital services projects focused on Talent Acquisition technology and operations. Lead, mentor and upskill a team of Business Analysts who serve as Product SME’s, top tier troubleshooting and Regional support, product development and enable us to get the best from our products. Oversee Global Project UAT for product enhancement and delivery Oversee the successful enablement and user adoption of our People Technology application Stack through evaluation, metrics and feedback Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition COEs, IT teams, and global HR operations, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.



Drive end-to-end implementation of TA digital projects, including solution design, integrations, testing, deployment, and change management. Ensure optimal platform performance and usability by defining and maintaining governance frameworks, data integrity standards, and user experience best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to build business cases and ROI/value frameworks for TA / HR digital initiatives. Support audits, compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to data privacy/security protocols. 7 - 10 years+ of experience in Talent Acquisition digital operations and technology implementation in large, global organizations. Experience in managing direct reports through day to day management, mentoring, coaching and training to enable growth.
