JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Position: Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Mumbai
Department: Marketing / Brand
Reports To: Head of Marketing Strategy & Brand Innovation
Employment Type: Full time
Experience:5–8 years, including at least 2–3 years in a senior/lead design capacity
(agency, D2C brand). Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or
related field.
Salary: INR 9–14 LPA
Work Mode: (on-site/hybrid; site visits for shoots, activations, and installations)
Industry: Real Estate – Plotted Lands, Residential and Commercial

Role Purpose & Mandate

The mandate breaks into pillars:

1. Visual Brand Craft — Translate Company project briefs into high-end brand identities, marketing campaigns,
and physical environment graphics. Create distinctive, category-breaking visual work across every campaign and
touchpoint, with creative-led, out-of-the-box thinking that breaks pre-established standards for real estate
marketing.
2. Cross-Format Execution — Design with equal fluency across digital (social media grid layouts, motion graphics)




and physical (briefing presentations, concepts and layouts, site branding, brochures, site signage) spaces,
bringing creative thinking into reality across both.
3. Design Systems & Governance — Build and protect a scalable visual identity system and template library so
brand quality holds at speed, across sub-brands and vendors.
4. Creative Partnership — Work as a creative bridge between the Design team, Architecture team, External
freelance artists and Marketing Strategist to bring our creative briefs into life digitally and in print.

Campaign & Launch Design

• Design visual systems based on creative briefs for project launches — brochures, hoardings, digital creatives,
sales collateral, site branding.

• Convert brand strategy and creative concepts into distinctive, on-brand visual executions across every format
and channel.
