About this Role





We are seeking a skilled with deep expertise in competitive pricing, commercial strategy, and market intelligence to support profitable business growth across VOIS. This role focuses on shaping pricing strategy, developing rate cards, designing commercial models, and enabling informed decision-making through high-quality analysis and benchmarks.

What you’ll do
- Shape and execute market pricing strategy by partnering with senior leadership to support sustainable and profitable growth.
- Develop deal-specific pricing strategies by analysing competitor positioning, internal capabilities, and market benchmarks.
- Design and maintain rate cards that reflect market dynamics and support consistent pricing across geographies.
- Structure, review, and enhance cost models to ensure competitiveness, fiscal discipline, and alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead and guide the Pricing Support tea
