The Lab Technician will play a critical role in supporting the clinical team by performing a wide range of diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory standards, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results that directly impact patient care and treatment decisions.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Collect biological samples including blood, urine, stool, sputum,



and other specimens from patients in a secure, hygienic, and patient-friendly manner.
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including hematology (CBC, ESR, bleeding time, clotting time), biochemistry (blood glucose, lipid profile, liver function tests, kidney function tests), microbiology, serology, and routine urine and stool analysis.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on all laboratory equipment including auto-analysers, centrifuges, microscopes, and other diagnostic instruments.
- Ensure all test results are accurately entered, verified, and reported in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all tests performed, reagents used, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety standards, infection control protocols, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
