YOUR MISSION
Reports to: Lead Business Finance

Location: Bengaluru

Position Summary: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team, with exposure across Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash and Business Finance.
The role will provide an opportunity to work closely with multiple business functions and gain exposure to financial planning, reporting, controllership, commercial finance and operational finance in a B2C and B2B setting.
Depending on the candidate's strengths and business requirements, the role may have a stronger focus on either Accounts Receivable or Business Finance.

Key Objectives:




- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Accounts Receivable processes across B2C and B2B channels.
- Monitor receivables, reconciliations, collections, ageing and resolution of open items.
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closure activities.
- Support preparation and analysis of P&L;, management reports and financial performance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Analyse key business and financial KPIs and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Commercial, Operations and other functions on finance-related matters.
- Support statutory, internal, external and group audit requirements.
- Maintain appropriate financial controls, reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation and automation within Finance.
