At Regeneron, our Global Business Services organization plays a critical role in delivering efficient, compliant, and employee-focused operations that support our global workforce. We are seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will support the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of payroll services across multiple international locations while partnering with Global Payroll, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers. You will contribute to payroll operational excellence through data accuracy, process compliance, team member collaboration,



and continuous improvement initiatives while developing expertise in global payroll service delivery within a dynamic and growing organization.

- Support the preparation and processing of payroll activities for assigned international countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.
- Validate payroll inputs, perform audit checks, reconciliations, and data reviews to maintain payroll accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Partner with Global Payroll, Human Resources, Finance teams, and external payroll vendors to ensure timely submission of payroll data and resolution of payroll-related inquiries.
