Job Description

This is as an opportunity to be a part of the Intelligent sensing group (ISG) at onsemi to bring up,



validate and ensure mass production of mixed signal image sensors in the Product Engineering team.

Responsibilities
Performance Objectives:
- Drive development of new products that satisfy demands for cost/performance and development schedule
- Seek new ideas, develop innovation and creativity throughout the team
- Create comprehensive plans for prioritizing technical and resourcing challenges
- Define product validation requirements by working with cross functional teams, including Design, DFT, and Test Engineers
- Work with NPD teams to develop validation and test plans
- Team oriented with can do attitude, enthusiastic in solving challenging issues
- Must have confidence to act quickly and decisively when required

Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years’ relevant industry experience in bench val
