The role
Support the Management Accounting and Controlling product team in delivering digital finance solutions. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive requirements, analytics, and process improvements. Leverage Snowflake, AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies to enhance financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
What you’ll do (max. 5)
- Act as the bridge between Finance and IT, gathering, analyzing, and translating Management Accounting and Controlling business requirements into scalable digital solutions, while ensuring alignment across global stakeholders.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives leveraging Snowflake, advanced analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI capabilities to improve financial reporting, performance management, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Analyze end-to-end data flows and integrations across finance systems, coordinating problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and business value realization.
- Lead solution delivery activities including prioritization, backlog management, sprint planning, testing, user acceptance, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Develop business insights, dashboards, proof-of-concepts, and creative analytical solutions, supporting initiatives such as AI-powered financial analysis, automated commentary generation, conversational analytics ("Talk-to-Your-Data"), and next-generation finance capabilities.
