We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Product Manager with 6–12 years of experience to lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of products within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine solid product management expertise with deep knowledge of US healthcare workflows, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare technology. You will work closely with engineering, design, clinical/business stakeholders, operations, and leadership teams to define product strategy and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, revenue performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through requirements gathering, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, priorities,



and strategy in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop detailed PRDs, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications for engineering and design teams.
- Leverage a strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes, including patient registration, insurance verification, eligibility, charge capture, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, data, operations, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to identify pain points, workflow gaps, market opportunities, and areas for automation.
- Translate complex healthcare and RCM requirements into scalable, intuitive, and commercially viable product solutions.
