Role Purpose
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Manager to join our team in a role focused on Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Operations, Transformation and internal Consulting. This position will play a key role in managing day-to-day delivery, driving strategic and operational improvements across FCC programs, with relevance to Sanctions and Customer Due Diligence (CDD / KYC).
The role requires a robust blend of FCC Operations management, domain expertise, transformation delivery, and consulting capability. The successful candidate will partner with business, FCC compliance, operations, and leadership stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify control and operating model enhancements, and deliver sustainable change across FCC frameworks.

and program execution to strengthen FCC risk management and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, timely, and high-quality CDD reviews and screening outcomes aligned to AML policy and regulatory expectations.
- Own team performance, capacity planning, and quality frameworks to meet service levels and risk/control standards.
- Ensure audit-ready operations through robust documentation, governance, and issue remediation.
- Develop and retain talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for AML operations stakeholders (Compliance, Risk, Business, and Regional/Global partners).
- Provide accurate management information (MI): volumes, aging, SLA performance, quality trends, themes/typologies, and capacity metrics.
- Lead governance forums, escalate risks/issues appropriately, and ensure clear decision logs and actions
