Position: NR Product Sales Manager

CTC: Up to 10.5 LPA + Incentives

Exp.: 3+ years of experience in CMS/ POS/ Merchant Acquiring sales

Location: Western Line, Mumbai

Education: Graduate/ PG

Summary:

Expected to drive the sales of the following Cash Management products from all/assigned verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank, which includes Prime Markets, Growth Markets, Emerging Markets, Priority, Wealth, TASC, Government Business, Agri & Working Capital Group.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collections Solutions viz. Physical Collections, Electronic Collections, Smart Collect, Payment Gateway, e-NACH, BBPS, Quick Check, WhatsApp Chatbot Collections, Cash, UPI etc.
- Payment Solution viz. Physical Payments, Electronic Payments, Dividend Mandates, IMPS etc.
- Escrow Business which includes capital market deals including IPO, Buybacks and Delisting.

Digital Solutions like Corporate Mobility, System Integrations like H2H, API integrations, Connected Banking & other legacy systems.
- Spot opportunities in the market, along with the relationship team, to target companies,



industries and sectors and sell suitable product offering for them
- Interaction with potential customers to understand the technical requirements for system integration for GTS products/services, i.e. CMS with focus on Consumer & Commercial Banking clients
- Structuring the transaction, winning the mandate and assisting the team in formulating transaction pricing to ensure revenue commensurate with risks and administrative efforts
- Train & enable Branch Banking Teams to sell the Cash Management Products
- Give demonstrations of our system to branches & prospective clients.
- Assist the Relationship manager/Branches to close deals
- Ensure desired penetration of the product in the market by the relationship team by providing marketing support, visibility campaigns and brand presence
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure seamless deal execution and ongoing administration
