About this Role





We are seeking an experienced HR skilled to join HR COE Services VOIS India in Pune. This role focuses on providing HR advisory support and operational HR services to global business functions, working closely with onshore HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across multiple geographies. The successful candidate will help deliver people processes, HR projects, data-driven insights, reporting, budget management, process excellence initiatives, and employee lifecycle activities through a robust shared services delivery model while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and service level commitments.
