About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Specialist to deliver high-quality non-functional testing services across telecommunications platforms, services, and applications within a global setting. This role focuses on defining performance testing strategies, preparing and executing test plans and scripts, analysing results, and driving continuous improvement across Cloud, CRM, and Middleware domains. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, operations teams, and external partners to ensure solutions meet agreed quality, performance, scalability, and service objectives.
