Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and a confident speaking style. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and promoting digital marketing services to prospective clients.

The ideal candidate should be target-driven, persuasive, and comfortable handling high-volume client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.




- Promote and pitch digital marketing services to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer engagement preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional speaking accent.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
