Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth, manage key customer relationships, drive strategic business development, and achieve revenue targets across the textile, manufacturing, and industrial automation sectors.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B technical sales, industrial solution sales, business development, and sales team management,



with the ability to understand customer requirements and position AI-powered automation and machine vision solutions effectively.

The role will involve ownership of the sales pipeline, revenue targets, strategic accounts, team performance, customer relationships, and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, order booking, and business growth targets.
- Identify current markets, customer segments, and business opportunities for Robro's AI-powered automation and machine vision solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across textile, technical textile, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and account development.
