• 5+ years of experience in Transport Operations, Fleet Management, or Logistics with 1+ year of team handling

• Lead and supervise the transport team

• Experience in route planning, scheduling, and daily transport operations

• Robust vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills

• Exposure to MIS reporting, KPI monitoring, and cost optimization

• Knowledge of transportation safety standards and process improvement

• Proficiency in MS Excel with good communication and problem-solving skills
