- You will shape the future BMW vehicles dynamics by bringing Suspension Systems, including architecture definition, subsystem integration, and component engineering.
- Drive concept development, CAD design execution, and product engineering activities for suspension assemblies and structural components.

What should you bring along
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field.




- Proven experience in suspension assemblies, structural components, chassis systems, and vehicle integration.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive product design and development with robust expertise in Suspension Systems.
- Strong understanding of automotive engineering processes, product development lifecycle, and quality standards.
- Very good English language skills (German language is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global cross-functional teams.

Must have technical skill
- Define system architecture, kinematic analysis, technical requirements, and design specifications for suspension systems.
- Lead concept generation, feasibility studies, design optimization, and trade-off analysis considering performance, cost, weight, manufacturability, and packaging.
