Position Overview

The Expansion Account Executive is responsible for accelerating growth across a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise customers in Western India. The role focuses on identifying whitespace, expanding Autodesk’s footprint across business units and workflows, and helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes through broader adoption of Autodesk solutions. You will develop account growth strategies, build senior executive relationships, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Success will be measured through expansion revenue, qualified pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, account penetration, and customer value delivered.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic, outcome-led account plans for assigned large enterprise accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities across business units, projects, geographies, workflows, and user groups
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, procurement stakeholders, and operational leaders




- Understand customer priorities and translate them into compelling business cases and value propositions
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospect development through negotiation and commercial closure
- Drive broader adoption of Autodesk’s portfolio, including cloud, platform, and industry solutions
- Coordinate sales, technical, customer success, industry, marketing, and channel resources around a unified account strategy
- Work closely with partners and system integrators to strengthen customer engagement and accelerate growth
- Maintain a strong, qualified pipeline and provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
- Position Autodesk as a long-term strategic partner by demonstrating measurable business value
