Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day export logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of all export-related activities.
- Maintain and update all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists,
- shipping instructions, Bill of Lading, etc.) in full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Coordinate with overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange
- bookings, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with export customs regulations, Incoterms, and export control
- laws, while proactively addressing any changes in regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and verify export shipping documentation, ensuring smooth customs
- clearance and uninterrupted cargo movement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to facilitate
