About this Role





We are seeking an experienced AWS Microservices and EKS Operations Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of the operational health, availability, performance, resilience and security of AWS-hosted microservices and REST API services running on Amazon EKS/Kubernetes. This role is suited to an individual with extensive production support experience, robust cloud operations expertise, and a passion for service reliability, automation and continual improvement. The position plays a critical role in incident recovery, service stabilisation, problem management, observability and operational excellence across business-critical digital services.
