This is an opportunity to support the successful delivery of global clinical studies within a highly regulated workplace.
You will work closely with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help ensure clinical projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
The role provides hands-on exposure to clinical research, project coordination, client communication, and study documentation.
You will contribute to monitoring study milestones, resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with established procedures and regulations.
As part of a collaborative environment, you will interact with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders across different functions.

Accountabilities:
- Support Clinical Project Managers with project documentation, presentation reviews, meeting preparation, training sessions, and client calls to help ensure effective study execution.
- Review and interpret clinical protocol documents while coordinating with cross-functional teams to support timely completion of study milestones and project deliverables.
- Monitor internal data flows, task completion, outstanding items, missing data, and incomplete documentation, ensuring follow-ups are conducted within agreed timelines.
- Respond to project and client inquiries professionally and promptly, provide regular project status updates, and assist with resolving client issues as an additional point of contact.
