About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Pega Business Architect / Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, process design, and delivery governance for Pega Business Process Management (BPM) and Case Management implementations. Based in Pune with a hybrid working model requiring office attendance two days per week, this role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating operational transformation objectives into scalable Pega workflow solutions. The position is ideally suited to professionals with robust expertise in Pega BPM, process modelling, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery environments.

What you’ll do

Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders and delivery teams to capture and document current and future-state process flows for Pega BPM initiatives.
Model and document end-to-end business processes using BPMN, case lifecycles
