- Should have 10 years of relevant experience.
- Translate business requirements for Order to Cash processes within APAC markets
- Develop, test, and implement solutions for Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Credit Collections
- Analyze solution enhancement requests and provide resource/cost estimates
- Lead and contribute to project teams, managing project plans as required
- Contribute to long-term IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Train and transfer knowledge to team members, users, and stakeholders
- Ensure client satisfaction through delivery and ongoing service execution
- Analyze business requests and determine optimal resolutions
- Deploy global processes and monitor client satisfaction
- Provide insights to business leadership on best practices, industry trends, and performance feedback
