Responsibilities:

We are
seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our
energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce
functionality, configuration, and administration. As a Salesforce
Administrator, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining the
Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

· Identify
and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.

· Customize




and configure Salesforce to align with business processes and requirements.

· Implement
and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process
builder flows.

· Oversee
all aspects of user and license management, including new user
setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.

· Resolve
user support tickets, Provide ongoing user training, and create training
materials as needed.

· Ensure
data integrity through the design and implementation of data quality best
practices.

· Perform
data imports, updates, and maintenance tasks as needed.

· Develop
and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance
indicators.

· Build
and maintain automated processes using workflows, process builder, and Flow.

· Collaborate
with development teams for more complex automation requirements.

· Assist
in the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications. Trouble
