As a Vice President of Product Management within the wholesale lending services team, you will lead the strategy and delivery of digital solutions that transform the wholesale lending business. You will own and evolve the product vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory and control requirements, and customer outcomes.

Job responsibilities:

• Own and evolve product vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap, aligning to business priorities, regulatory/controls requirements, and customer outcomes.

• Lead people management: hire, coach, develop, and performance-manage product talent; set operating cadence, standards, and career growth plans.

• Establish and run program governance (operating model, decision forums, intake/prioritization, dependency management, risk/issue management,



and execution reporting).

• Provide data insights for leadership: define KPI frameworks/OKRs, build executive-level dashboards, translate metrics into narrative, and drive decisions with evidence.

• Direct solution discovery with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, data, operations, controls) to identify scalable solutions and validate value.

• Lead product planning and delivery across portfolios/releases—ensuring scope clarity, sequencing, and timely launches with measurable benefits.

• Partner with business stakeholders and controls to define target-state workflows, requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer value.

• Apply Agile-at-scale practices to improve throughput and predictability; remove impediments and manage trade-offs across competing priorities.
