Job Purpose
To support the implementation and smooth functioning of the Sales Automation system, ensure adherence to sales processes and field discipline, manage distributor lifecycle documentation, and assist in customer support operations through data tracking, reporting, and coordination with field teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Automation (SFA) Implementation & User Support
- Support the rollout and implementation of the Sales Automation / SFA tool across the sales organization.
- Provide day-to-day user support to ASMs, Sales Officers, and Salesmen for SFA-related issues.
- Assist in conducting training sessions, refresher programs, and onboarding training for new users.
- Track daily SFA usage, login activity, order booking, and reporting compliance.
- Maintain SFA user master data and coordinate with the IT/SFA vendor for issue resolution.
- Prepare weekly adoption reports and highlight gaps to the Sales Excellence Head.
2. Distributor Lifecycle Management
- Support the process of distributor onboarding, addition, and deletion as per company SOPs.
- Ensure proper documentation, data validation, and system configuration for recent distributors.
- Maintain distributor database and coordinate with regional teams for updates.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure distributor information accuracy in the system.
