Job Description:

We are a Singapore-headquartered international commodity trading and investment company — operating across base metals, critical minerals, and scrap and recycled products, with supply chains spanning Africa, India, Southeast Asia and rest of Asia Pacific. Led by an experienced management team and backed by a reputed strategic investor group, we are transitioning from our start-up phase into rapid growth and asset deployment. THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with the CEO as a trusted analytical and strategic partner on key commercial and investment decisions.

This is not a conventional strategy role. It requires:
- Robust understanding of metals and minerals markets.
- An opportunity-identifying and commercially oriented mindset.
- Ability to work across financial modelling, market research, and strategic analysis.




- Strong capability to create investor- and board-quality presentations.
- Practical fluency with AI tools, large language models, research platforms, and analytical tools to accelerate research and improve output quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Projects & Trade Flows
- Work with the CEO to identify, evaluate, and develop strategic projects across trade flows, structured transactions, and asset investments.
- Conduct feasibility assessments for new trading opportunities, supply-chain structures, and joint ventures.
- Track global trade flows, regulatory changes, and policy developments relevant to the company's supply chains.

2. Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct desktop and on-ground research on supply-demand dynamics, import-export data, commodity pricing, and counterparty profiles.
