Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Knowledge about Exhaust Hot End/ Cold end, Precious metals & its processes etc
- Conduct thorough scouting of potential suppliers for proprietary components like Exhaust etc.
- Perform detailed industry mapping to identify leading suppliers and emerging trends.
- Evaluate suppliers based on technical capabilities, cost, quality, and sustainability.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and innovation.
- Lead price negotiations, ensuring competitive pricing aligns with company standards and budget.
- Regularly update costing models to reflect market conditions and supplier pricing.
- Assess financial health and risk indicators of suppliers to mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- Identify and implement cost reduction ideas during negotiations.
- Develop plans for cost savings without compromising quality or delivery timelines. •
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams on value engineering opportunities.




- Exhibit strong negotiation skills for favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
- Maintain robust relationships with suppliers for smooth negotiations and long-term partnerships.
- Implement strategies for effective price containment aligned with cost management objectives.
- Devise sourcing strategies considering current and future business needs and industry dynamics.
