Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our HR Technology team and support the ongoing evolution of our SAP SuccessFactors platform. This individual will work closely with multiple teams in HR. This role will also partner with other teams in IT, and work directly with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve the employee experience and support key business processes across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings solid functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, a solid understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate business needs into practical solutions. This role will support core HR, talent management, recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and operational initiatives while acting as a trusted partner to both business and technical teams. Thus, the ability to build relationships and stakeholder management are essential.

Job Requirements

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations,



and business leaders to understand business priorities and operational challenges.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and process reviews.
- Configure and unit test your own solutions
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Evaluate enhancement requests and help prioritize initiatives based on business value and impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the internal user and employee experiences.
- You create frameworks and processes that help the HR team deliver results. You understand that different stakeholders each bring a unique and valuable perspective to conversations. You know how to practice active listening and communicate in a way that facilitates
