R&M; Logbook.

Plan, develop and
implement new methods & procedures.

Ensure and
implement Safety & Security procedures.

Ensure efficient
Repair Schedules

Review and Manage
Repair Cost Estimates.

​ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(describe the major duties of the role in the order of importance)

To be responsible
for the repair and maintenance works of lounges.

To patrol all areas
of lounges every day and regularly to spot areas that requires
attention.

To check the Repair
and Maintenance Log-Book every day and regularly and carry out
repair when necessary.

To note down the
areas needing attention in the Repair and Maintenance
Log-Book.

To sign, with
description, if necessary, on the Log-Book after finishing
repair.

Develops preventive
maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff.

Requisitions tools,
equipment, and supplies required for operations.

Prepares department




budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.

Plans, develops,
and implements recent methods and procedures designed to improve
operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization
of labor and materials.

Observes safety and
security procedures related to R&M;

To cooperate and
work in team towards development, implementation, maintenance
and improvement of the quality management system.

To take initiative
to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual
improvement activities.

To undertake other
jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(state the minimum experience, knowledge, education, language,
technical skills, travelling requirements of this position.)

•Minimum experience
of 6+years in Maintenance Management role of
Machines/Equipment’s in Hospitality/ F&B; or any other
relevant/related Industry.

•Bachelor’s
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related fi
