We are looking for an enthusiastic Remote Sales Executive/Virtual Sales RM to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales over phone/ video calls and maintaining valuable customer relationships. An effective Remote Sales Executive/Virtual Sales RM must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills,



should be able to identify customer holiday/travel needs, pitch the correct membership plan & convince the customer to buy Club Mahindra membership. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over phone & video calls, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Key Responsibilities

Contacting potential or existing customers to pitch them about Club Mahindra membership.

Calling fresh, churned, and cold leads to convert them into sales, collection of downpayments, sales logging & system updation. Ensure minimum EMIs are collected as per the payment plan sold to the customer.

Drive monthly unit and revenue targets.

Attend mandatory daily new calls, meet the connected calls requirement, and follow up cases.

Handling and addressing customer escalations (if any).
