Required Experience & Skills

• 14+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.

• Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect across multiple architecture domains:

business process and application, data, security, integration and infrastructure.

• Working knowledge of an EA framework (TOGAF or equivalent); ability to operate within a

tailored, in-house methodology rather than a textbook standard.

• Hands-on experience with an EA repository tool — LeanIX strongly preferred.

• Solid understanding of cloud strategy and the SaaS → PaaS → IaaS hierarchy, with practical

exposure to AWS.

• Familiarity with enterprise application landscapes spanning ERP, integration and CRM

ecosystems.

• Strong analytical and modelling skills,



with the ability to produce transparent architecture diagrams

and concise, executive-level assessments.

• Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicating with C-suite, IT leadership and

delivery teams across geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA, BTP) and Salesforce landscapes.

• Exposure to API-first, event-enabled and integration-centric architecture patterns.

• Awareness of data governance, master data and single-source-of-truth principles.

• TOGAF certification or equivalent EA credential.

• Experience operating within a stage-gated PPM governance model.
