About The Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriLoan Loan Origination solution built on Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment

What you will be doing:




- Lead and manage the VeriLoan product engineering team working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery for VeriLoan, ensuring predictable releases, high quality, and production stability.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding practices, and architectural principles to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Drive effective Agile ways of working including sprint planning, execution, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement through retrospectives.
- Define, monitor, and improve key engineering KPIs such as cycle time, lead time, defect trends, rework, deployment success rate, and technical debt.
- Ensure robust engineering quality through disciplined code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and secure development standards.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and Dev
