Role Overview:
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of branch operations. This includes overseeing transportation activities, fleet management, customer relations, and budget control. You will play a vital role in driving the branchs success by ensuring that all operations run smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations:
- Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, including dispatching, scheduling, and coordinating transportation activities.




- Optimize truck routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries by coordinating with drivers and dispatch teams.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to track the effectiveness of branch operations.
- Fleet Management:
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and safety of the truck fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.
- Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of vehicles.
- Customer Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
