Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, and Ratnagiri region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing key customer relationships, and expanding market share within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the region.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects,



and consultants.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Management: (If applicable) Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Upgrade Construction Chemicals' product portfolio and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
